This no-mess blend contains peanuts, tree nuts, and sunflower chips, which attract Jays, Bluebirds, Cardinals, Finches, and Woodpeckers. These, and other “clinging birds” have feet that are made to run up and down tree trunks rather than just landing to perch. Some clinging birds (such as the Titmouse, Chickadee, and Nuthatches) take a single seed, fly away to eat or store it for later, then return for another “serving” of feed.
